Boolean Search Operators: Your Secret Search Superpower
Try it out!
Use the Boolean search operators you just learned to find something interesting on the web. Try it out on Google or your favorite search engine.
Example Searches to Try:
- AND & "best movies" & "2024"
- OR | "healthy recipes" | "quick meals"
- NOT - "vacation ideas" -"beach"
- " " (Quotation Marks) "funny cat videos"
Try searching with and without the operators to see how they change the results.
Note: Some search engines may not support all Boolean operators. Try using both the word and the character (e.g., "AND" and "&") to see if they produce the same results.
