The student will be able to:
- Identify the ways that use of technology affects humans, including their safety, comfort, choices, and attitudes about technology’s development and use.
- Explain that technology, by itself, is neither good nor bad; but decisions about the use of products and systems can result in desirable or undesirable consequences.
- Identify ethical issues associated with the development and use of technology.
- Identify the economic, political, and cultural issues that are influenced by the development and use of technology.
