Wave Modulation
To send information, we modulate (change) the wave so it carries data.
- Amplitude Modulation (AM): Changing the wave’s height. Tall = 0, short = 1.
- Frequency Modulation (FM): Changing how fast the wave wiggles. Fast = 1, slow = 0.
- Phase Shift Modulation (PSK): Changing where the wave starts. One start = 0, shifted start = 1.
